Mixx by Yas Fraud: How to Report It and Stop the Money

If you sent money to a scammer through Mixx by Yas, or money left your Mixx by Yas account without your permission, contact Mixx by Yas straight away and ask them to block the receiving account. Wallet money moves fast, so the first minutes matter most.

Do this first

  1. Call Mixx by Yas’s official line below, or use help inside the official Mixx by Yas app. Never use a number from a text, a caller or a search result.
  2. Give them the transaction ID, the amount, the time and the number or account you paid, and ask them to block it.
  3. Change your PIN and password if anyone may know them. Mixx by Yas will never ask for your PIN or a one-time code.
  4. Report it to the police too: see who handles cybercrime in Tanzania, and keep screenshots of every message and payment.
