TZ-CERT confirmed on its own site and FIRST.org; the Tanzania Police Force site could not be reached, so the police cybercrime unit was not confirmed on an official page.
Police Cybercrime Unit is named in press and a National Prosecution Service SOP (which says reports go to a police officer who informs the cybercrime desk); the police site gave no dedicated unit or reporting page, so reporting is via any police station.
