UniCredit Bank Srbija Fraud: How to Report It and Stop the Money
If money left your UniCredit Bank Srbija account without your permission, or you paid a scammer, contact UniCredit Bank Srbija straight away and ask it to block the payment and your card. The first minutes matter most.
Do this first

- Give them the transaction details (amount, time, and the account or number you paid) and ask them to block your card and stop or recall the payment.
- Change your online banking password and PIN if anyone may know them. UniCredit Bank Srbija will never ask for your PIN, password or a one-time code.

Complain to the bank first; it has 15 days to answer. If it does not reply or you are not satisfied, use the online form on the NBS site. The review is free and NBS replies within three months. NBS info centre: 0800 111 110.
