Orange Money Maroc Fraud: How to Report It and Stop the Money
If you sent money to a scammer through Orange Money Maroc, or money left your Orange Money Maroc account without your permission, contact Orange Money Maroc straight away and ask them to block the receiving account. Wallet money moves fast, so the first minutes matter most.

- Give them the transaction ID, the amount, the time and the number or account you paid, and ask them to block it.
- Change your PIN and password if anyone may know them. Orange Money Maroc will never ask for your PIN or a one-time code.
