inwi money Fraud: How to Report It and Stop the Money
If you sent money to a scammer through inwi money, or money left your inwi money account without your permission, contact inwi money straight away and ask them to block the receiving account. Wallet money moves fast, so the first minutes matter most.
Do this first
- Call inwi money’s official line below, or use help inside the official inwi money app. Never use a number from a text, a caller or a search result.
- Give them the transaction ID, the amount, the time and the number or account you paid, and ask them to block it.
- Change your PIN and password if anyone may know them. inwi money will never ask for your PIN or a one-time code.
- Report it to the police too: see who handles cybercrime in Morocco, and keep screenshots of every message and payment.

Bank Al-Maghrib: customer complaints against credit institutions
Complaints that a bank broke banking rules, after you have raised the problem with the bank.
Send a written complaint with supporting documents through the online portal https://reclamation.bankalmaghrib.ma/reclamation/, by post, or at a Bank Al-Maghrib branch. Help line: 05 22 47 81 00.
