Trip.com: Official Contacts and How to Report a Scam

Fake listings, fake payment links and fake support numbers target Trip.com customers. Here is what Trip.com officially publishes: contacts, the domains it uses, its scam warnings and how to report a problem.

Do this first

  1. Keep all payment and messages inside the official Trip.com website or app. Be wary of anyone asking you to pay or chat elsewhere.
  2. Do not call a number from a search ad or a message. Use the numbers and pages below.
  3. If you paid by card, bank transfer or gift card, call your bank's fraud line now.
  4. Report the listing or message with the routes below, then use the regulator if the company won't help.

Report a scam or fraud: No official customer-facing scam-reporting page found. Trip.com's security page (trip.com/pages/security) is only for researchers reporting system vulnerabilities (email [email protected]), not for scam victims. Use the chat or phone numbers on trip.com/help.

Trip.com Customer Service Guarantee / Advance Compensation: Trip.com says it practises advance compensation: it investigates complaints and, if verified to be at fault, compensates in advance; for hotels, if a confirmed property cannot check you in it arranges an equal or better room and covers the first-night price difference up to the first night's rate. Applies to bookings made on Trip.com, not to fake sites. (source)

  • Trip.com's support page says its phone number is displayed on its website help page; use only numbers listed on trip.com/help.

Checked on Trip.com’s own pages on 30 October 2026. Support routes change, so if something has moved, use the help section in the official app or website and tell us. See every company in Travel and Delivery Scam Help, and report the crime to the police via the cyber agencies directory.
