SF Express: Official Contacts and How to Report a Scam
Got a message or call about a SF Express parcel, a redelivery fee or a customs charge? Here is what SF Express officially publishes: its real contact numbers, the domains it uses, what it says it will never do, and where to report a scam.
Do this first
- Do not click the link or call the number in the message. Open the official SF Express website or app yourself and enter the tracking number there.
- Check the sender against the official domains and phone numbers below. Anything else is not from SF Express.
- If you already paid or typed in card details, call your bank's fraud line now.
- Report the message using the routes below, then tell the regulator if SF Express won't help.

A newer HK notice (T485, banner dated 2026-08-27) adds that pickup notifications moved to the official app, and that SMS and emails never list charges, never ask for payment, bank passwords or one-time passwords via links.
Report a scam or fraud: Verify suspicious SMS or calls with SFHK hotline (852) 2730 0273 (Hong Kong) or (853) 2873 7373 (Macau). If personal data was disclosed, report to Hong Kong Police or the Anti-Scam Helpline 18222 (Anti-Deception Coordination Centre); the 2026 notice also points to the Police Scameter app (cyberdefender.hk/scameter).
- SFHK SMS never state charges or ask you to pay through a hyperlink.
