Pos Malaysia: Official Contacts and How to Report a Scam
Got a message or call about a Pos Malaysia parcel, a redelivery fee or a customs charge? Here is what Pos Malaysia officially publishes: its real contact numbers, the domains it uses, what it says it will never do, and where to report a scam.
Do this first
- Do not click the link or call the number in the message. Open the official Pos Malaysia website or app yourself and enter the tracking number there.
- Check the sender against the official domains and phone numbers below. Anything else is not from Pos Malaysia.
- If you already paid or typed in card details, call your bank's fraud line now.
- Report the message using the routes below, then tell the regulator if Pos Malaysia won't help.
Pos Malaysia in Malaysia

- For overseas customers:+603 2705 9900
Official domains Pos Malaysia lists: pos.com.my, tracking.pos.com.my. A link or email address on any other domain is not from Pos Malaysia.
What Pos Malaysia says about scams: Official Scam Update page lists four scam tactics: invalid address, lack of information (e.g. phone number), information update to avoid return, and return shipping fee for redelivery. Pos Malaysia uses the email domain @pos.com.my, checks delivery status at tracking.pos.com.my/tracking, and does not accept cash or QR code for cash on delivery.
Report a scam or fraud: Page points to PDRM scam alert page (rmp.gov.my/laman-utama/peringatan/alert-peringatan), the Semak Mule bank-account checker (semakmule.rmp.gov.my), WhatsApp of the Royal Malaysia Police CID 013-2111222, and the National Scam Response Centre 997.
- Scammers claim an unclear address, missing information or a return shipping fee, then ask you to pay or update details.
- Pos Malaysia emails use @pos.com.my only.
- Check delivery status only at tracking.pos.com.my/tracking.
If Pos Malaysia won’t help:
MCMC (Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission), postal and courier complaints; Postal Forum: MCMC's Make a Complaint page lists Postal Services (Postal and Courier) as a covered category. The Postal Forum site advises lodging first with the courier then using the MCMC portal at aduan.mcmc.gov.my.
Checked on Pos Malaysia’s own pages on 30 October 2026. Support routes change, so if something has moved, use the help section in the official app or website and tell us. See every company in Travel and Delivery Scam Help, and report the crime to the police via the cyber agencies directory.
