Marriott: Official Contacts and How to Report a Scam
Fake listings, fake payment links and fake support numbers target Marriott customers. Here is what Marriott officially publishes: contacts, the domains it uses, its scam warnings and how to report a problem.
Do this first
- Keep all payment and messages inside the official Marriott website or app. Be wary of anyone asking you to pay or chat elsewhere.
- Do not call a number from a search ad or a message. Use the numbers and pages below.
- If you paid by card, bank transfer or gift card, call your bank's fraud line now.
- Report the listing or message with the routes below, then use the regulator if the company won't help.
