KLM: Official Contacts and How to Report a Scam
Fake airline support numbers on search ads and social media take real money. Here is what KLM officially publishes: contact numbers, the domains it uses, its own scam warnings, refund rules and the regulator to complain to.
Do this first
- Do not call a number from a search ad, social post or message. Use the numbers below or the help section of the official KLM app or website.
- No airline needs you to pay with gift cards, move money to a "safe" account or install remote-access software. If someone asks, hang up.
- If you paid by card or bank transfer, call your bank's fraud line now.
- Keep your booking reference and any messages, then report using the routes below.
KLM in United States

If KLM won’t help:
US Department of Transportation, Office of Aviation Consumer Protection: For flights to/from the US file with KLM first, then with DOT.
