IndiGo: Official Contacts and How to Report a Scam
Fake airline support numbers on search ads and social media take real money. Here is what IndiGo officially publishes: contact numbers, the domains it uses, its own scam warnings, refund rules and the regulator to complain to.
Do this first
- Do not call a number from a search ad, social post or message. Use the numbers below or the help section of the official IndiGo app or website.
- No airline needs you to pay with gift cards, move money to a "safe" account or install remote-access software. If someone asks, hang up.
- If you paid by card or bank transfer, call your bank's fraud line now.
- Keep your booking reference and any messages, then report using the routes below.

Official domains IndiGo lists: goindigo.in. A link or email address on any other domain is not from IndiGo.
What IndiGo says about scams: IndiGo's 'Beware of Vishing scams' caution says people misuse the IndiGo name to extract personal and bank details. IndiGo employees or agents will not ask for your card number, CVV, net-banking ID, password or any sensitive information; they will never ask you to transfer funds to a personal account or install third-party apps to view your screen. All booking communication goes only through official channels, including goindigo.in.
Report a scam or fraud: IndiGo states it is working with authorities to take down fraudulent domains and asks passengers to contact it directly (phone or [email protected]).

Refunds FAQ and DGCA-mandated compensation: Itinerary cancellations can be refunded online after cancellation charges; no-shows forfeit the fare apart from refundable taxes.
