Hilton: Official Contacts and How to Report a Scam

Fake listings, fake payment links and fake support numbers target Hilton customers. Here is what Hilton officially publishes: contacts, the domains it uses, its scam warnings and how to report a problem.

Do this first

  1. Keep all payment and messages inside the official Hilton website or app. Be wary of anyone asking you to pay or chat elsewhere.
  2. Do not call a number from a search ad or a message. Use the numbers and pages below.
  3. If you paid by card, bank transfer or gift card, call your bank's fraud line now.
  4. Report the listing or message with the routes below, then use the regulator if the company won't help.

What Hilton says about scams:

Report a scam or fraud: Per Hilton's statement: call 1-800-HILTONS and ask to speak to Guest Assistance to report fraudulent calls. (The statement is undated on the page; treat as general guidance.)

  • Hilton says calls with these features are not from Hilton.

Checked on Hilton’s own pages on 30 October 2026. Support routes change, so if something has moved, use the help section in the official app or website and tell us. See every company in Travel and Delivery Scam Help, and report the crime to the police via the cyber agencies directory.
