Frontier Airlines: Official Contacts and How to Report a Scam
Fake airline support numbers on search ads and social media take real money. Here is what Frontier Airlines officially publishes: contact numbers, the domains it uses, its own scam warnings, refund rules and the regulator to complain to.
Do this first
- Do not call a number from a search ad, social post or message. Use the numbers below or the help section of the official Frontier Airlines app or website.
- No airline needs you to pay with gift cards, move money to a "safe" account or install remote-access software. If someone asks, hang up.
- If you paid by card or bank transfer, call your bank's fraud line now.
- Keep your booking reference and any messages, then report using the routes below.
Frontier Airlines in United States
flyfrontier.com- Customer service (call, chat or WhatsApp):602-333-5925(24/7)
Official domains Frontier Airlines lists: flyfrontier.com, faq.flyfrontier.com. A link or email address on any other domain is not from Frontier Airlines.
Report a scam or fraud: Report to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
Frontier refund options: Frontier tickets are generally non-refundable, except tickets can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment (not for travel within 7 days/168 hours of purchase). If your flight is cancelled or delayed more than 3 hours (domestic) or 6 hours (international), Frontier says the fastest route to rebook or get a refund is the online Rebooking/Refund Options link. US DOT refund rules: Refund entitlement for airline-cancelled or significantly changed flights. (source)
- FTC (July 2024): reach an airline only through its official app, website, chat or phone number.
If Frontier Airlines won’t help:
US Department of Transportation, Office of Aviation Consumer Protection: File with Frontier first (flyfrontier.com/contact-us; Frontier Airlines, Attn: Customer Relations, 4545 Airport Way, Denver CO 80239, per DOT's archived airline-contacts page), then with DOT.
Checked on Frontier Airlines’s own pages on 30 October 2026. Support routes change, so if something has moved, use the help section in the official app or website and tell us. See every company in Travel and Delivery Scam Help, and report the crime to the police via the cyber agencies directory.
