Evri: Official Contacts and How to Report a Scam
Got a message or call about a Evri parcel, a redelivery fee or a customs charge? Here is what Evri officially publishes: its real contact numbers, the domains it uses, what it says it will never do, and where to report a scam.
Do this first
- Do not click the link or call the number in the message. Open the official Evri website or app yourself and enter the tracking number there.
- Check the sender against the official domains and phone numbers below. Anything else is not from Evri.
- If you already paid or typed in card details, call your bank's fraud line now.
- Report the message using the routes below, then tell the regulator if Evri won't help.

What Evri says about scams: Evri says its texts will NEVER ask you to reschedule a delivery or pay to do so (it attempts delivery up to 3 times), never ask you to install an app, and will only send a tracking link. SMS come only from the sender name 'Evri', not a mobile number. FAQ: evri.com/faqs/receiving-a-parcel/is-this-evri-text-email-genuine
Report a scam or fraud: Email: report the phishing email to [email protected]. Text: send a screenshot or photo to [email protected]. Other scam emails/texts: forward to [email protected] (NCSC) and forward scam texts to 7726 (free). Malicious phone calls or if you are a victim of fraud: Report Fraud reportfraud.police.uk/ If you gave bank details: contact your bank immediately. Support: Victim Support victimsupport.org.uk/
Forward scam messages to: [email protected]
- Evri says its texts never ask for payment and never ask you to reschedule delivery; a 'redelivery fee' text is not from Evri.
- Evri says scammers use 'please reply Y' so a link becomes clickable and bypasses phone-provider protection; genuine Evri texts are from a verified sender.
- Evri says an unexpected parcel you did not order may be a brushing scam: contact the retailer or marketplace named on the label.
If Evri won’t help:
Report Fraud (UK national reporting centre for fraud and cybercrime); NCSC: Both named on Evri's own page. Ofcom postal complaint routes were not checked for Evri.
Checked on Evri’s own pages on 30 October 2026. Support routes change, so if something has moved, use the help section in the official app or website and tell us. See every company in Travel and Delivery Scam Help, and report the crime to the police via the cyber agencies directory.
