Emirates: Official Contacts and How to Report a Scam
Fake airline support numbers on search ads and social media take real money. Here is what Emirates officially publishes: contact numbers, the domains it uses, its own scam warnings, refund rules and the regulator to complain to.
Do this first
- Do not call a number from a search ad, social post or message. Use the numbers below or the help section of the official Emirates app or website.
- No airline needs you to pay with gift cards, move money to a "safe" account or install remote-access software. If someone asks, hang up.
- If you paid by card or bank transfer, call your bank's fraud line now.
- Keep your booking reference and any messages, then report using the routes below.

What Emirates says about scams: Emirates says it will never ask for your Skywards ID password for validation or support. Scammers spoof phone numbers and copy Emirates emails/texts, so if you get an unsolicited call or message, hang up/ignore links and contact Emirates directly through its help page. Lists signs of phishing: sender address or number not matching Emirates, generic 'Dear customer' greeting, links to non-Emirates domains, requests for card or password details, unsolicited attachments.
Report a scam or fraud: Forward suspicious emails (with full headers) to [email protected] (monitored; may only get an auto-acknowledgement). Security issues: [email protected].
Request a refund (online form): Refunds are processed under the fare rules at time of purchase; submitting the form cancels the whole booking and cannot be reversed. Tickets bought via a travel agent must be refunded through the agent. The form is not for asking what a refund would be. (source)
