DPD: Official Contacts and How to Report a Scam
Got a message or call about a DPD parcel, a redelivery fee or a customs charge? Here is what DPD officially publishes: its real contact numbers, the domains it uses, what it says it will never do, and where to report a scam.
Do this first
- Do not click the link or call the number in the message. Open the official DPD website or app yourself and enter the tracking number there.
- Check the sender against the official domains and phone numbers below. Anything else is not from DPD.
- If you already paid or typed in card details, call your bank's fraud line now.
- Report the message using the routes below, then tell the regulator if DPD won't help.

dpd.co.uk- Customer Service:0121 275 0500(Mon-Fri 8am-6:30pm; Sat 8am-4pm; Sun 9am-3pm (page marks Sunday with an asterisk))

What DPD says about scams: DPD UK states it will never ask you to pay a 'redelivery fee' via a link in an email, text or iMessage. Genuine email ends @dpd.co.uk, @dpdlocal.co.uk, @dpdgroup.co.uk or @dpd.uk (and shows a BIMI blue tick where supported); genuine SMS shows DPD UK, DPD Local or DPDgroup UK as sender and are sent by SMS, not iMessage. DPD only uses www.dpd.co.uk, www.dpdlocal.co.uk or www.dpdgroup.co.uk and recommends tracking at track.dpd.co.uk.
Report a scam or fraud: Forward suspicious texts or iMessages to 7726 (SPAM). Report suspicious emails to the NCSC at [email protected]. Mark as spam / report junk in your phone's messages app. If you entered bank details or a password: contact your bank at once and change affected passwords.
- DPD UK says it will never ask for a redelivery fee by link in an email, text or iMessage.
- DPD UK says recent campaigns have mainly been iMessage scams from an email address or random number; a genuine DPD alert arrives as SMS from 'DPD UK', 'DPD Local' or 'DPDgroup UK'.
- DPD UK says scammers also push fake software downloads under the pretence of creating or changing a delivery label.
If DPD won’t help:
NCSC (phishing reports) / Report Fraud: DPD's page points to [email protected], 7726, ncsc.gov.uk/cyberaware and getsafeonline.org; Report Fraud (reportfraud.police.uk/) is named on Evri's page, not DPD's.
