Aramex: Official Contacts and How to Report a Scam

Got a message or call about a Aramex parcel, a redelivery fee or a customs charge? Here is what Aramex officially publishes for 2 markets: its real contact numbers, the domains it uses, what it says it will never do, and where to report a scam.

Do this first

  1. Do not click the link or call the number in the message. Open the official Aramex website or app yourself and enter the tracking number there.
  2. Check the sender against the official domains and phone numbers below. Anything else is not from Aramex.
  3. If you already paid or typed in card details, call your bank's fraud line now.
  4. Report the message using the routes below, then tell the regulator if Aramex won't help.

Aramex (worldwide)

aramex.com

Official domains Aramex lists: aramex.com. A link or email address on any other domain is not from Aramex.

What Aramex says about scams: Official Fraud Prevention page: warns of look-alike domains (e.g. aramx.com, aramxpress.org), fake emails with attachments or tracking numbers (verify any tracking number in the Track Shipment box on www.aramex.com; if no result, Aramex did not send it), and says Aramex does not and will not request personal or payment information through traditional mail or email. Activation keys are only sent when you register in the Aramex app and are never requested by phone or email.

Report a scam or fraud: Submit through the CareHub portal: Help & Support portal (aramex.com/support/help-center), open CareHub, choose 'Report Fraud/Scam' in the Subcategory dropdown, describe the incident and submit.

  • Aramex will not request personal or payment information by mail or email.
  • Verify any tracking number in the Track Shipment box on www.aramex.com; an invalid one means the email is not from Aramex.
  • Aramex accepts no responsibility for payments made as a result of fraudulent activity.

Aramex in Australia

aramex.com.au

Official domains Aramex lists: aramex.com.au, aramex.co.nz, aramex.com, parcelconnect.com.au. A link or email address on any other domain is not from Aramex.

What Aramex says about scams: Aramex Australia says it only sends links beginning aramex.com.au or aramex.co.nz, and emails come from @aramex.com, @aramex.com.au or @parcelconnect.com.au, never Gmail/Yahoo. It will never ask for personal or financial info, never ask you to pay to collect a parcel from a depot or Collection Point, and never email that its bank details changed. Active scam notices dated 23 Jun, 23 Jul, 2 Oct and 13 Oct 2026 describe fake 'no signature / cannot deliver' texts from international numbers.

Report a scam or fraud: Email [email protected] if you think you fell victim to a scam (Aramex says it investigates every report but generally will not reply to personal inquiries); contact form at aramex.com.au/contact-us/enquiry/. Also check Scamwatch.

Email: [email protected]

  • Aramex will never ask you to pay when collecting a parcel from a depot or Collection Point.
  • Aramex Australia has not changed its bank account details and will never email to say so and request urgent payment.
  • Fake texts claim a parcel cannot be delivered because no signature was provided.
