bKash Fraud: How to Report It and Stop the Money
If you sent money to a scammer through bKash, or money left your bKash account without your permission, contact bKash straight away and ask them to block the receiving account. Wallet money moves fast, so the first minutes matter most.
Do this first
- Call bKash’s official line below, or use help inside the official bKash app. Never use a number from a text, a caller or a search result.
- Give them the transaction ID, the amount, the time and the number or account you paid, and ask them to block it.
- Change your PIN and password if anyone may know them. bKash will never ask for your PIN or a one-time code.
- Report it to the police too: see who handles cybercrime in Bangladesh, and keep screenshots of every message and payment.

Bangladesh Bank Customers' Interests Protection Centre (CIPC)
Complaints against banks, finance companies and mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad that they did not resolve.
First complain to your branch or provider, then to its head-office complaint cell. If still unresolved, send CIPC a description, a copy of the provider's reply and supporting documents: hotline 16236 (office hours on working days) or [email protected]. Anonymous or unsigned complaints are not accepted.
