How Police Request Data from Zomato

Zomato does not publish a dedicated law-enforcement contact. Below is what its own pages say about legal process, and where an officer can start.

Ministry of Cyber Affairs is not Zomato and cannot create or reset portal accounts, pass on requests or release data. Contact Zomato directly. Is this your company? Request a correction.

No police contact published

We checked Zomato’s official legal, privacy and help pages on 17 October 2026 and found no address, portal or email for law-enforcement requests. The closest official channel it publishes: Terms of Service 'Contact Us' section (last updated February 19, 2026): Nodal Officer, Eternal Limited (formerly Zomato Limited), Pioneer Square, Ground Floor, Golf Course Extension, Gurugram, Haryana 122102, India, email [email protected]; Grievance Officer, same address, email [email protected], phone 011 41171443 (Mon-Fri 9 am-6 pm). These are published for grievance redressal under the IT Act and Consumer Protection Act, and the page does not say they are the channel for police requests.
