How Police Request Data from Wix
Police and government officials send lawful requests to Wix through a legal-process email address. The details below are taken from Wix's own published guidelines.
Ministry of Cyber Affairs is not Wix and cannot create or reset portal accounts, pass on requests or release data. Contact Wix directly. Is this your company? Request a correction.

What Wix says about legal process
- Legal process. Disclosable data depends on the legal basis of the request; e.g. content may not be provided on a U.S. subpoena. Requests must be in English or with an English translation and detail legal basis, timeframe and data sought.
- Requests from other countries. No separate non-US section; validity of service depends on applicable law in each case, and email alone may not be sufficient service. Page also references EU DSA Articles 11 and 18.
- Preservation. Generally preserves customer data for 90 days on a valid legal request and a further 90 days on another valid request; no guarantee for particular data.
- Notifying the user. Notifies customers before producing information and discloses the request to the customer unless prohibited.
