What Vonage says about legal process

  • Legal process. All legal process and third-party records requests go to the one email address: subpoenas, court orders, warrants, administrative summonses, civil investigative demands, foreign law enforcement notices and subscribers' requests for their own records, with a copy of the legal process attached; standard handling time is ten business days unless a return date is set.
  • Requests from other countries. Foreign law enforcement notices are listed among the request types accepted at the same email address; no separate MLAT instructions are published on the page.
  • Notifying the user. Standard practice is to notify the subject subscriber before producing records unless prohibited by law; if a request prohibits notification, say so in the body of the email.
