How Police Request Data from Ubisoft
Police and government officials send lawful requests to Ubisoft through a legal-process email address. The details below are taken from Ubisoft's own published guidelines.
Ministry of Cyber Affairs is not Ubisoft and cannot create or reset portal accounts, pass on requests or release data. Contact Ubisoft directly. Is this your company? Request a correction.

What Ubisoft says about legal process
- Legal process. Requests from EU law enforcement must take the form of a mandate or reference document with an official seal and signature, include the Article 9 (illegal content) or Article 10 (information on a specific user) Digital Services Act elements, and only cover information already collected and within Ubisoft's control.
- Requests from other countries. The published process is for law enforcement authorities of an EU country; requests must be in English or French, or in the requester's language with an English translation. Nothing is stated for non-EU authorities.
