How Police Request Data from Squarespace
Squarespace does not publish a dedicated law-enforcement contact. Below is what its own pages say about legal process, and where an officer can start.
Ministry of Cyber Affairs is not Squarespace and cannot create or reset portal accounts, pass on requests or release data. Contact Squarespace directly. Is this your company? Request a correction.

What Squarespace says about legal process
- Legal process. Same text, but the 'unable to provide information about Squarespace accounts, users, or sites to law enforcement without a subpoena, court order, or warrant' sentence is on the Help Center article, not /measures; /measures supports 'does not disclose data ... unless required by applicable law'.
- Notifying the user. Will notify the relevant customer and provide a copy of the demand unless notice is legally prohibited (e.g. to preserve the confidentiality of a criminal investigation).

Contacts were read on Squarespace’s own pages and checked on 17 October 2026; companies change them, so confirm on the official page before serving process. This page is general information, not legal advice. See also: all online services, LERS portal guides and police data requests by country.
