What Roblox says about legal process
- Legal process. Roblox says legal process should comply with applicable law such as 18 USC 2701-2712, reviews every request for facial validity and legal sufficiency, objects where appropriate, and reserves all rights and objections.
- Preservation. Preservation requests are accepted through the Law Enforcement Portal; the page states no retention period.
