What Payoneer says about legal process

  • Legal process. Terms say Payoneer may limit access to funds on the instructions of law enforcement or regulators and will report suspicious activity to law enforcement; the privacy policy lists 'legal process' (judicial proceeding, subpoena, court order) as a basis for disclosure. No procedure for submitting requests is published.
