How Police Request Data from Mudrex

Mudrex does not publish a dedicated law-enforcement contact. Below is what its own pages say about legal process, and where an officer can start.

Ministry of Cyber Affairs is not Mudrex and cannot create or reset portal accounts, pass on requests or release data. Contact Mudrex directly. Is this your company? Request a correction.

No police contact published

We checked Mudrex’s official legal, privacy and help pages on 17 October 2026 and found no address, portal or email for law-enforcement requests. The closest official channel it publishes: No law-enforcement page or nodal-officer mailbox is published on the pages read. The privacy policy names [email protected] as the Data Protection Officer and as 'Our Nodal Grievance Officer'; the same address is the support mailbox. This is a grievance contact, not a stated route for police requests.

What Mudrex says about legal process

  • Legal process. The Mudrex privacy policy says that in the light of investigations or other cases provided by law, personal data may be submitted to law enforcement, judicial or pre-trial institutions; the terms say Mudrex may suspend access on an order from law enforcement or other governmental authority. No process or contact for investigators is published.
  • Requests from other countries. Not stated on any page read.
