What MoneyGram says about legal process
- Legal process. Law enforcement requests (subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, production orders, testimony requests) are handled by the MoneyGram Law Enforcement Liaison Team; email is preferred and records are only returned by encrypted email, so every request must include an email address. Non-law-enforcement legal requests must be served by subpoena under the rules of the jurisdiction and are not accepted by email, fax or courier.
- Requests from other countries. Separate clauses for Latin America, Canada and 'all other regions' (Europe, Russia, CIS, Turkey, Israel, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, Australia); all route to [email protected]. Service on MoneyGram Payment Systems, Inc. is sufficient; licensed subsidiaries also accept service.
