What HTX (Huobi) says about legal process

  • Legal process. Each request must include investigation background and findings, the specific information/action/process sought, supporting documentation such as official letters of request, a cryptocurrency tracing report if applicable, and requesting-authority contact details. Requests must be in English except from mainland China law enforcement; wallet addresses and tx hashes must be in a copyable format (e.g. Excel). HTX reviews each request case by case under its Terms of Use and applicable law.
  • Requests from other countries. Mainland China law enforcement email [email protected]; all other jurisdictions (global law enforcement and regulators) email [email protected]; US agencies use the Kodex portal.
