How Police Request Data from CRED
CRED does not publish a dedicated law-enforcement contact. Below is what its own pages say about legal process, and where an officer can start.
Ministry of Cyber Affairs is not CRED and cannot create or reset portal accounts, pass on requests or release data. Contact CRED directly. Is this your company? Request a correction.
No police contact published
We checked CRED’s official legal, privacy and help pages on 17 October 2026 and found no address, portal or email for law-enforcement requests. The closest official channel it publishes: CRED Grievance Redressal on https://cred.club/legal/other-disclosures: [email protected], grievance form https://app.cred.club/k63y/8lqxt1uy, postal address Grievance Officer, CRED, No. 769 and 770, 100 Feet Road, 12th Main Road, HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore, Karnataka, India 560038, telephone 080-62209150. The privacy policy also lists [email protected] and [email protected] (vulnerability reports). These are user-grievance contacts, not a law-enforcement intake.
