Police and government officials send lawful requests to Coinbase through its law-enforcement portal or its legal-process email. The details below are taken from Coinbase's own published guidelines.
Ministry of Cyber Affairs is not Coinbase and cannot create or reset portal accounts, pass on requests or release data. Contact Coinbase directly. Is this your company? Request a correction.

What Coinbase says about legal process
- Legal process. Criminal subpoenas and official requests for criminal matters go through the Kodex portal; any other law-enforcement questions go to [email protected]. US legal documents (e.g. civil process) are to be served on Coinbase's registered agent, CSC.
- Requests from other countries. To formally serve a Coinbase entity incorporated outside the US, use the address for service of that entity from your country's public business registry or its Coinbase User Agreement; the 2025 transparency report says Coinbase received requests from over 60 countries.
