How Police Request Data from Cloudflare
Police and government officials send lawful requests to Cloudflare through a legal-process email address. The details below are taken from Cloudflare's own published guidelines.
Ministry of Cyber Affairs is not Cloudflare and cannot create or reset portal accounts, pass on requests or release data. Contact Cloudflare directly. Is this your company? Request a correction.

Emergency requests
Cloudflare may disclose without delay where there is imminent danger of death or serious injury to any person, assessed case by case; officials with emergency requests use the law enforcement email. Contact: [email protected]
What Cloudflare says about legal process
- Legal process. Valid legal process such as a subpoena for basic subscriber data (name, email, payment source, login IP data); generally a court-issued warrant or other court order for other information; transactional data such as visitor IP logs is rarely held, with limited forward-looking metadata provided only under certain U.S. court orders.
- Requests from other countries. Cloudflare generally prefers that foreign governments route requests via a U.S. court (e.g. an MLAT request), though basic subscriber information may sometimes be provided for non-US legal process that follows due-process principles.
