How Police Request Data from Careem

Careem does not publish a dedicated law-enforcement contact. Below is what its own pages say about legal process, and where an officer can start.

Ministry of Cyber Affairs is not Careem and cannot create or reset portal accounts, pass on requests or release data. Contact Careem directly. Is this your company? Request a correction.

No police contact published

We checked Careem’s official legal, privacy and help pages on 17 October 2026 and found no address, portal or email for law-enforcement requests. The closest official channel it publishes: Careem Technologies privacy notice (UAE): contact by post at Privacy Legal Team, Careem Deliveries FZ-LLC, Shatha Tower, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Careem Rides privacy notice separately lists Privacy Legal Team, UTI, 1725 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94158 and a Subject Access Request form in the Careem Help Centre. These are privacy contacts and neither notice says it accepts law-enforcement process.
