What Blockchain.com says about legal process

  • Legal process. US law enforcement may send a valid subpoena in a criminal investigation for basic subscriber records (18 U.S.C. 2703(c)(2)), a valid court order, or a search warrant on probable cause, addressed to Blockchain.com, Inc.
  • Requests from other countries. Only valid requests addressed to one of the listed group entities and issued by local authorities in the country where that entity is located are answered; officers elsewhere must send an MLAT request or letter rogatory to one of those countries.
