How Police Request Data from Bitbns
Bitbns does not publish a dedicated law-enforcement contact. Below is what its own pages say about legal process, and where an officer can start.
Ministry of Cyber Affairs is not Bitbns and cannot create or reset portal accounts, pass on requests or release data. Contact Bitbns directly. Is this your company? Request a correction.
No police contact published
We checked Bitbns’s official legal, privacy and help pages on 17 October 2026 and found no address, portal or email for law-enforcement requests. The closest official channel it publishes: No law-enforcement, nodal-officer, compliance-officer or legal-notice contact is published on the Bitbns pages read. The only email the policies give is [email protected] for privacy questions (terms and privacy policy); the contact page offers a support ticket (bitbns.freshdesk.com). Do not treat [email protected] as a police channel.
What Bitbns says about legal process
- Legal process. The Bitbns terms say it may freeze or restrict an account for reasons including law enforcement requests; no process or contact for investigators is published.
- Requests from other countries. Not stated on any page read.
