Sending a lawful request to Summit Communications Limited

Address requests to the registered address and quote the licence number; BTRC's lists name no law-enforcement desk. For the mobile operators the listed regulatory contact is a starting point, and requests under Bangladeshi law normally go through the operator's legal team or the competent Bangladeshi authority. Confirm the licence is current with BTRC first, because the published lists date from 2024. For the procedure and legal basis in Bangladesh, see the investigator guides; for platform and app data requests, the LERS portal guides.
