The Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) publishes its licence lists as scanned PDFs, one per licence category. This directory carries the licensees on those lists: nationwide, divisional and district ISPs, international internet and voice gateways, interconnection and internet exchanges, nationwide transmission networks, IP telephony, fixed-line, broadband wireless, terrestrial and submarine cable operators, and the four mobile operators (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink and Teletalk). Each entry gives the registered address, licence number and the validity date exactly as the list prints it. BTRC publishes phone, email or a regulatory contact officer for only a few operators, mainly the mobile operators and some gateway and transmission licensees; the ISP lists carry no contact details. The lists are dated October to December 2024 and many ISP rows show an expiry date that has since passed, so treat licence status as unverified. The upazila and thana ISP tier (about 1,850 mostly home-based cyber cafes) is deliberately left out, and licensees with no company form at a home-style address are omitted. This directory reproduces the BTRC register as of 17 October 2026: 378 BTRC-licensed operators. Address requests to the registered address and quote the licence number; BTRC's lists name no law-enforcement desk. For the mobile operators the listed regulatory contact is a starting point, and requests under Bangladeshi law normally go through the operator's legal team or the competent Bangladeshi authority. Confirm the licence is current with BTRC first, because the published lists date from 2024.

Source: Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), licence lists published as PDFs on the 'Licence list' page: ISP Nationwide (12-12-2024), ISP Divisional (23-12-2024), ISP District (30-10-2024), International Internet Gateway (IIG, undated), International Gateway (IGW), Interconnection Exchange (ICX), National Internet Exchange (NIX), Nationwide Transmission Network (NTTN), IP Telephony (IPTSP), PSTN, BWA, International Terrestrial Cable, Submarine Cable and Mobile Network Operator lists (30-10-2024 to 12-12-2024), retrieved 17 October 2026 from the regulator’s published register. Compiled from the licence-list PDFs on BTRC's 'Licence list' page (btrc.gov.bd), which are scanned documents: ISP Nationwide (as on 12-12-2024, 109 rows), ISP Divisional (23-12-2024, 296 rows), ISP District (30-10-2024, 151 rows), International Internet Gateway (IIG, undated, 34 rows), International Gateway (IGW) 24, Interconnection Exchange (ICX) 24, National Internet Exchange (NIX) 11, Nationwide Transmission Network (NTTN) 6, IP Telephony (IPTSP, 12-12-2024) 32, PSTN 3, Broadband Wireless Access 1, International Terrestrial Cable 7, Submarine Cable 4 and the Mobile Network Operator list (30-10-2024) 4; the 2G, 3G and 4G summary lists were used only for the mobile operators' phone, website and email. The files were read by OCR; the first 16 rows of the Divisional list sit on a raster page the parser skipped and were transcribed by hand from the page image. The BTRC page also lists a VTS list dated June 2026 and a 2022 summary; neither is used. STALENESS: every list is dated October to December 2024, nearly two years before the fetch date. Licence validity is carried exactly as each list prints it (the 'valid to' dates in regulatorRef) and is not checked against today's date: only 39 of 109 Nationwide rows, 45 of 296 Divisional rows and all 151 District rows show an expiry date after 17 October 2026. Rows with a past date are probably renewals not yet reflected in the lists, but that cannot be verified from this source, so read each date as 'per the BTRC list of that date', not as current licence status. WHAT THE REGISTER DOES NOT PUBLISH: the ISP lists carry no phone, email, website or contact person. Contact details exist only for the four mobile operators (a regulatory contact officer, landline, website and, for some, a company email), for BTCL and Mango (IIG list), for two NTTN licensees' emails and for one NTTN phone line; the fields are blank elsewhere. These are regulatory points of contact, not law-enforcement desks. Regions are the licence area the list states (division for Divisional rows, the zone for one IPTSP row, Nationwide for nationwide licences) and are empty for District and for the exchange, gateway and cable lists, which do not state one. SCOPE AND PRIVACY: the Upazila/Thana ISP tier (about 1,850 rows, mostly home-based cyber cafes and sole traders) was not downloaded or read. Call centre/BPO, VSAT, number-portability, TVAS, tower-sharing and other lists were not used. Of 706 licence rows read, 452 are kept (merged into 380 entries) and 254 omitted because the licensee has no company form (Limited, Ltd, PLC, Trust and similar) and the address is home-style (house, holding, flat, village) or is not a commercial building (Nationwide 8, Divisional 130, District 112, IPTSP 4). 154 kept rows carry a trade name without a company form at a market, plaza, tower or similar commercial address; BTRC does not say whether such licensees are companies or sole proprietors, so some may be small unincorporated businesses. Five personal mobile numbers printed for the mobile operators' contact officers and for Banglalink were withheld; no free-mail addresses appeared in the lists. Company-domain emails are kept as printed, including a few that name an individual (for example at Robi, Mango, Summit and Bahon). Companies on several lists are merged into one entry (type lists each licence class, regulatorRef gives each licence number with its validity date and list date). The Red Data and Inter Cloud rows in the IPTSP list print the same licence number (BTRC/LL/IPTSP-Nationwide(41)Intercloud/2013-35); both are shown as printed. Names and addresses are as printed, including the regulator's spelling; BTCL appears as 'Telecommunication' in the ISP list and 'Telecommunications' elsewhere and is shown under its statutory name. BTRC states no reuse terms for these lists. Names and contact details are reproduced as published; the regulator is the authority and should be checked before serving legal process.
