Quikr: How to Report a Scam or Fraud

Scammed by a seller, charged for an order you didn’t place, or contacted by someone claiming to be Quikr? Here are the official ways to report it in India, read on Quikr’s own help pages, plus the buyer-protection deadline and where to escalate.

Do this first

  1. Stop all contact and payments. Quikr will never ask you to pay outside its own checkout, share a one-time code or install a remote-access app.
  2. Report it inside the official Quikr app or website (steps below), not through a link or number you were sent.
  3. Quikr has no public customer-care phone number. Any number claiming to be Quikr support is a scam.
  4. If you paid by card, bank transfer or a payment app, call your bank’s fraud line now: see Bank Fraud Help.
  5. Watch the buyer-protection deadline below: claims made late are usually refused.

quikr.com

Quikr publishes no customer-care phone number here. Any number claiming to be Quikr support (on Google, social media or a call you received) is a scam. Use the official app or help page below.

Report a problem or scam: Use the web forms on Quikr's Contact Us page, or email [email protected].

Report a seller or listing: Use the Report Ad link on the ad's page.

Fake Quikr messages or sites: Quikr never emails you offering buyer protection or a payment system. Money sent through such emails goes to fraudsters.

Forward phishing to: [email protected]

Email: [email protected]

  • 1800 200 4141 is only Quikr's missed-call line for verifying your mobile number when posting an ad. It is not a helpline.
  • Never pay brokerage or import fees, refund an overpayment cheque or use an escrow site that a buyer or seller suggests: these are common scams on Quikr.

If Quikr won’t help:

  • Quikr Grievance Officer (Hanuman M K): [email protected]. Use if support has not resolved your complaint. Quikr acknowledges by email within 24 hours with a complaint number (source)
  • National Consumer Helpline (NCH) (1915): Register a complaint against an online seller or shopping site; the helpline tries to settle it with the company before court. Toll-free 1915 from 8am to 8pm, or WhatsApp +91 8800001915.
  • National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: Report online fraud, such as a fake shopping site or a payment scam, to the police.

Checked on Quikr’s own help pages on 5 October 2026. Platforms change their support routes, so if something has moved, use the help section in the official app and tell us. See every platform and country in E-commerce Fraud Help, and report the crime to the police via the cyber agencies directory.
