Myntra: How to Report a Scam or Fraud

Scammed by a seller, charged for an order you didn’t place, or contacted by someone claiming to be Myntra? Here are the official ways to report it in India, read on Myntra’s own help pages, plus the buyer-protection deadline and where to escalate.

Do this first

  1. Stop all contact and payments. Myntra will never ask you to pay outside its own checkout, share a one-time code or install a remote-access app.
  2. Report it inside the official Myntra app or website (steps below), not through a link or number you were sent.
  3. Myntra has no public customer-care phone number. Any number claiming to be Myntra support is a scam.
  4. If you paid by card, bank transfer or a payment app, call your bank’s fraud line now: see Bank Fraud Help.
  5. Watch the buyer-protection deadline below: claims made late are usually refused.

Myntra in India

myntra.com

Myntra publishes no customer-care phone number here. Any number claiming to be Myntra support (on Google, social media or a call you received) is a scam. Use the official app or help page below.

Report a problem or scam: Sign in, open Contact Us (myntra.com/contactus or in the app), select your order and raise the issue.

Report a seller or listing: Raise problems with a seller's product through Contact Us for that order.

Myntra returns: Create a return from your orders in the app or on the website. Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method, and some products cannot be returned.

Fake Myntra messages or sites: Myntra and its delivery partners never ask for your card PIN or net-banking or mobile-banking passwords. Ignore calls or emails about lucky draws or gifts that ask for them.

  • The only phone number on Myntra's terms is the Grievance Officer line. For order help, use Contact Us in the app or on the website.

If Myntra won’t help:
