CERT-KG is confirmed as a subdivision of the State Committee for National Security; the Ministry of Internal Affairs cybercrime unit was only seen in press reports because the ministry site was unreachable.
Kyrgyz press reports a cybercrime department within the MVD main directorate for organized crime, but no official name or citizen reporting page could be confirmed and the MVD site was unreachable.
