Pakistan ISP & Telecom Provider Contact Details
The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority publishes its licensee lists by licence class: the cellular mobile operators, long-distance and international (LDI) and local-loop licensees, the Class Value Added Services (CVAS) licensees that include every licensed ISP, tower and infrastructure providers, and IoT licensees. Each list names the licensee's regulatory point of contact with phone, email and address. This directory reproduces the PTA register as of 10 September 2026: 489 PTA-licensed operators. The listed contact is the licensee's regulatory point of contact, not a dedicated law-enforcement desk; requests under Pakistani law are routed through PTA and the operators' legal teams.

Contact person, phone and email are the regulatory points of contact PTA publishes, not dedicated law-enforcement liaison desks; PTA lists carry no websites. Phone/email cells are clipped mid-word in some rows of the CVAS lists (PTA's Excel export), so a few values may be truncated; entries were merged across lists by normalised company name. Names and contact details are reproduced as published; the regulator is the authority and should be checked before serving legal process.
