Nigeria ISP & Telecom Provider Contact Details

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) publishes a list of its individual licensees: the mobile and unified-access operators, Internet service providers, MVNOs, national long-distance and international data access carriers, interconnect exchanges, colocation and infrastructure providers, metropolitan fibre operators and private network links licensees. The NCC list records each licensee's name, licence category, postal address and licence start and expiry dates; it does not publish phone numbers, email addresses, websites, contact persons or licence numbers. Value-added service, SMS aggregator and sales-and-installation licensees are left out. This directory reproduces the Nigerian Communications Commission register as of 17 October 2026: 479 NCC-licensed operators. Address requests to the registered postal address on the NCC list; the NCC publishes no law-enforcement contact for each operator, and the large operators maintain legal and compliance desks reachable through their head offices in Lagos or Abuja. Check the licence expiry noted for each entry before relying on it.

About this data

Source: Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Individual Licensees list (September 2026 file): licensees in the categories Internet Service Provider, MVNO (Tiers 1 to 3), Unified Access Services, National Long Distance, Full Gateway Services, International Data Access, International Cable Infrastructure & Landing Station, Interconnect Exchange, Collocation/Infrastructure, Metropolitan Fibre Cable, Open Access Fibre Infrastructure Network (Infraco), Private Network Links (PNL) and Mobile Number Portability, retrieved 17 October 2026 from the regulator’s published register. Built from the NCC's individual-licensee CSV (https://ncc.gov.ng/sites/default/files/2026-09/Indvd-Licensee-List.csv, 1,291 licence rows), kept to telecom and Internet-access categories; value-added service, VAS aggregator, A2P messaging, sales and installation, vehicle tracking and closed-user-network licences are omitted. The NCC list publishes only the licensee name, licence category, a postal address and licence start and expiry dates: it carries no telephone, email, website, contact person or licence number, so those fields are empty. Licences whose expiry date had passed by 2026-10-17 are omitted. A company holding several licences appears once with its categories joined, and regulatorRef records each source row and licence validity period. Regions are inferred from city or state names in the address and are empty where none is recognisable. The NCC's separate class-licensee list is deliberately not used because many of its addresses contain personal mobile numbers. The NCC page carries no open-data licence; it describes the list as a record of companies holding valid communications licences. Names and contact details are reproduced as published; the regulator is the authority and should be checked before serving legal process. See the directory hub for other countries and the LERS portal guides for platform and app data requests.
