Kenya ISP & Telecom Provider Contact Details
The Communications Authority of Kenya publishes a Register of Telecommunication Licensees covering every licence class: international gateway and submarine-cable operators, network facilities providers (Tiers 1 to 3), community networks, and the application and content service providers that include Kenya's ISPs. The register records each licensee's name and postal address (P.O. Box, town and postal code); it does not publish phone numbers, email addresses or licence numbers. This directory reproduces the Communications Authority of Kenya register as of 10 September 2026: 1,149 CA-licensed operators. Address requests to the registered postal address; the mobile operators and gateway providers also maintain law-enforcement liaison contacts reachable through their corporate offices.

Same company appearing under several licence categories is merged; regulatorRef records each list and row number. Names and contact details are reproduced as published; the regulator is the authority and should be checked before serving legal process.
