This directory carries the 43 ISPs shown as operational in the Q2 2025 list; the 35 authorisations marked not operational are left out. The list covers ISPs only: the NCA publishes no comparable contact register for the mobile network operators, fixed, fibre or value-added-service licensees, and it names no contact person or law-enforcement liaison for any operator. Free-mail addresses and personal-looking mobile numbers have been removed. This directory reproduces the National Communications Authority (NCA) register as of 17 October 2026: 43 operational NCA-authorised ISPs. The listed contact is the operator's regulatory contact, not a law-enforcement desk, and the register is dated Q2 2025, so confirm the details before relying on them. Where only a postal address is shown, address the request to the company at that address or ask the NCA, which can confirm the current authorisation and contact. Mobile operators such as MTN Ghana are not in this register and need to be approached through their own corporate legal channels.

The list names 78 authorised ISPs (73 Internet/Public Data, 1 rural, 4 hotspot); this directory carries only the 43 whose row status is 'Operational' (the NCA's own summary table counts 42, and the row statuses count 43, so one row differs between the two). The 35 'Not Operational' authorisations are omitted. The register publishes, per ISP, the date of last authorisation, a postal address with P.O. Box and Ghana Post digital address, and one or more phone numbers, email addresses and sometimes a website; it names no contact person, no licence number and no law-enforcement liaison. The contact is the operator's regulatory contact as typed by the NCA, not a dedicated law-enforcement desk. Privacy rules applied: free-mail addresses (gmail, hotmail) are blanked, and where an entry has no company-domain email, no website and no landline, its mobile numbers are blanked as probable personal or sole-trader numbers, leaving the postal address only. Two further email values were blanked as evidently wrong in the register (a mistyped domain and an invalid .tec domain), and one email at an unrelated travel-agency domain was dropped. A few phone numbers repeat across unrelated entries in the register (for example Workonline Communications and Century Link Technologies; Celltel Networks and Teledata ICT) and are shown as published. Phone numbers are in Ghana national format as published. Entries are ISPs only: the NCA does not publish a comparable contact register for mobile network operators, broadband wireless access, fixed, infrastructure, submarine-cable or value-added-service licensees (its operator pages carry licence dates or are out of date, with no addresses or contacts), so MTN, Telecel and AT Ghana are not listed here. Regions are set only where the address names the town. As a result 11 of the 43 entries carry a postal address only (one, Wi-Best GH Limited, has no address in the register either and appears by name only). Names and contact details are reproduced as published; the regulator is the authority and should be checked before serving legal process.
