Canada ISP & Telecom Provider Contact Details

Every company providing telecommunications services in Canada must register with the CRTC, which publishes its registration lists as open data: non-dominant carriers, competitive local exchange carriers, wireless carriers, DSL providers, international (BITS) licensees, and resellers of telecom and high-speed Internet services. The register records each company's legal name and postal address; the CRTC does not publish phone numbers or email addresses. This directory reproduces the CRTC register as of 10 September 2026: 1,779 CRTC-registered providers. Address production orders and preservation demands to the registered postal address; the large operators also publish a dedicated law-enforcement contact.

About this data

Source: CRTC (Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission) telecommunications registration lists, machine-readable XML editions published on the Open Government Portal: Non-dominant Carriers; CLECs; Proposed CLECs; ILECs; SILECs; Wireless Carriers; DSL providers; Other Carriers; BITS licensees; Resellers of Telecommunications Services; Resellers of High-Speed Retail Internet Service; Competitive Pay Telephone Service Providers, retrieved 10 September 2026 from the regulator’s published register. Covers every company registered with the CRTC on its 12 public telecom registration lists (carriers, CLECs/ILECs, wireless, DSL, BITS licensees and resellers), merged by company name across lists. The CRTC register records only the registered legal name and postal address: it publishes no telephone numbers, email addresses, websites, named contacts or provinces served, and the CRTC MVNO list is not on the Open Government Portal. Registration is self-reported by providers and updated by the CRTC without a fixed cadence, so addresses may lag corporate moves; companies whose names differ slightly between lists appear as separate entries. Names and contact details are reproduced as published; the regulator is the authority and should be checked before serving legal process. See the directory hub for other countries and the LERS portal guides for platform and app data requests.
