Australia ISP & Telecom Provider Contact Details

Every carrier and carriage service provider in Australia must belong to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman scheme, and the TIO publishes its membership as a public register: the complete national list of telecom and Internet providers with the postal address, phone number and website each has registered, cross-referenced here to ACMA carrier licence numbers where the legal names match. The contact details are the providers' registered customer-service and complaints channels rather than dedicated law-enforcement desks. This directory reproduces the TIO / ACMA register as of 10 September 2026: 1,865 TIO-registered providers. Address requests to the registered address; the major carriers also operate dedicated law-enforcement liaison units reachable through their corporate contacts.

About this data

Source: Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) public Register of scheme members (Service provider directory), cross-referenced with the ACMA Register of carrier licences (data.gov.au) for carrier licence numbers, retrieved 10 September 2026 from the regulator’s published register. Covers every carrier and carriage service provider that is a member of the TIO scheme (membership is mandatory for Australian phone/internet providers), with registered postal address, customer-service phone number and website as published by the TIO; 'Carrier licence holder' entries hold an ACMA carrier licence, with the ACMA licence number appended where the legal name matched the data.gov.au register exactly. The register omits email addresses and named contacts, and the phone/address are general customer-service details rather than dedicated law-enforcement liaison contacts. ACMA's own carrier-licence register (data.gov.au) holds only licensee name, ACN and the licence instrument, no contact details; entries marked [In Cessation] are winding up their membership. Names and contact details are reproduced as published; the regulator is the authority and should be checked before serving legal process. See the directory hub for other countries and the LERS portal guides for platform and app data requests.
