NAM-CSIRT is confirmed and lists CRAN as its address; the Namibian Police site was unreachable so no cyber unit is named.
Unit name comes from a police statement by the Inspector-General reported in the media; nampol.gov.na is behind a bot wall and could not be opened to confirm the official unit name or a reporting page.
